Quality Score

So why is our Quality Score actually worth something?? Because they can tell us where our ads are lacking, why we are (or aren't) getting as much traffic and success as we hoped we would, and can ultimately help us to build the best site possible. The best part is that there are countless way to improve our Quality Score. Nothing is ever final when building an ecommerce website and we always have the ability to change things to become better and more successful. Here are just a few of the things that stuck out to me this week in my research...

Making specific ad groups that do not cover too many topics will boost your Quality Score and click through rate. Testing out different types of ads can also provide the feedback you need when determining which ones are most successful and what type of marketing strategies to use when going forward.

Work and adjust your landing page to make it relevant to your ads and what you are offering. Decreasing loading time and having it well organized and pleasing to the eye will help people to actually stay on your site rather than leave after viewing just one page.

Figure out what your customers want and give it to them! Make your ads relevant to them include call to actions in them that will motivate those viewing your ads to actually seek you out and purchases whatever product or service you are offering. Including strong keywords to both the body and headline of your ads will also make it clear what you are offering. Have a string landing page that directly connects to your ad and creates a great experience for customers. All of these factors will increase your click through rate and will then increase your Quality Score. With a high CTR and a high Quality Score, you can be sure that your sales and success will shoot up as well.
